Parent Communication & PDPA Consent

Guru Kids Pro communicates primarily through WhatsApp messages regarding schedules, updates, class matters, and announcements.

By giving consent, I agree to Guru Kids Pro collecting, using, and disclosing the personal data provided for purposes related to:

student administration and class operations;
communication with parents;
emergency situations;
billing and payment matters;
educational support and student progress; and
marketing updates and programme information, where consent is provided below.

Guru Kids Pro will take reasonable steps to protect personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Terms & Conditions Acknowledgement

One-Time Registration Fee & First Payment

A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of SGD 50 ordinarily applies to new registrations.
For registrations submitted from 1 August to 30 September 2026, the SGD 50 registration fee is fully waived under the Guru Kids Pro registration promotion.
No registration-fee payment is required after submitting this form during the promotional period.
The first payment of class fees must be made before the start of the student's first lesson.
Registration and class placement remain subject to class availability and confirmation by Guru Kids Pro.

Fees, Payment Method & Receipts

Monthly class-fee payments must be made using the QR code provided by Guru Kids Pro, unless parents are informed that other payment methods have become available.
For any discrepancy in fees paid, parents must inform Guru Kids Pro within five (5) days of receiving the receipt.
All fees paid are non-refundable, whether in part or in full, except where an approved Medical Certificate applies.
All lessons paid in full must be completed within the stipulated period or within another period agreed with Guru Kids Pro.

Missed Lessons & Makeup Arrangements

For a missed lesson, a makeup lesson will be arranged.
If the student is unable to attend the replacement lesson, the relevant worksheets will be provided and marked.
Only where an approved Medical Certificate (MC) is provided will the fee for the affected lesson be refunded.

Withdrawal

At least four (4) lessons' notice must be given for withdrawal from regular classes.

Trial Classes

Trial classes are complimentary and subject to availability.
Guru Kids Pro does not guarantee placement in a class following a trial lesson.

Behaviour & Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.
Guru Kids Pro reserves the right to suspend or discontinue classes for students whose behaviour significantly disrupts the learning environment or compromises the safety and well-being of others.

Workshops / Holiday Programmes

Workshop materials, schedules, instructors, and activities may be adjusted where necessary.
Guru Kids Pro reserves the right to cancel or postpone programmes where necessary. In such cases, suitable replacement arrangements or refunds will be provided where applicable.

Parent Consultations

Parents may arrange for consultation sessions with teachers subject to availability.
Consultation frequency may be reasonably limited to ensure fair allocation of time to all families.
