Information about our classes, programmes, trial lessons, holiday programmes, schedules, fees, and availability is provided for general reference.

All class placements, trial class bookings, and programme enrolments are subject to:

  • Class availability

  • Student suitability

  • Teacher assessment

  • Scheduling requirements

  • Payment confirmation, where applicable

  • Internal approval by Guru Kids Pro

Submitting a booking or enquiry does not guarantee a confirmed class slot. Our team will contact you to confirm the final arrangement.

We reserve the right to change class timings, teachers, formats, fees, programme structure, or availability when necessary.

  1. Student Suitability and Parent Responsibility

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about the student, including age, school level, learning needs, and any relevant concerns that may affect class placement.

We may recommend a suitable class or programme based on the information provided, trial lesson observation, teacher assessment, and availability.

Guru Kids Pro reserves the right to decline or adjust a class placement if we determine that the selected programme is not suitable for the student.

  1. Payments

All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made according to the instructions provided at checkout, on our website, or by our team.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel unpaid orders or bookings

  • Withhold products, services, or class access until payment is confirmed

Your order or booking is only confirmed after payment and/or confirmation by our team, where applicable.

  1. Online Store Purchases

Our website may sell physical products, customised items, digital products, learning resources, event bookings, class-related purchases, or GKDL products.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You have checked the product details carefully

  • You have provided accurate order and contact information

  • You understand the item description, pricing, and any applicable limitations

  • You agree to our Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific conditions

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

  1. Customised and Personalised Products

Some GKDL or Dreamscape-related products may be customised or personalised.

For customised products, customers are responsible for checking all details before submitting the order, including:

  • Name spelling

  • Colours

  • Product type

  • Size

  • Quantity

  • Custom options

Once production has started, customised or personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item is defective or the error was caused by us.

  1. Digital Products and Resources

Digital products may include downloadable worksheets, digital files, learning resources, activity materials, or online content.

Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, or reproduce our digital products without written permission.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, or emailed.

  1. Shipping, Delivery and Collection

Shipping, delivery, or collection options may vary depending on the product.

For physical products, estimated delivery or collection timelines are provided as a guide only and may be affected by production time, courier delays, stock availability, or operational requirements.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external delivery providers, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our control.

For self-collection orders, customers are responsible for collecting items within the stated collection period unless other arrangements have been made.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

In general:

  • Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted

  • Customised items are not refundable once production has started

  • Digital products are not refundable once accessed or delivered

  • Defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  1. Promotions, Offers and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotions, trial offers, referral benefits, discounts, or special campaigns.

All promotions are subject to:

Access to Dreamscape One content, early previews, rewards, digital activities, or exclusive releases may be limited, changed, delayed, discontinued, or made subject to additional rules.

We reserve the right to modify Dreamscape One, GKDL content, character stories, digital features, rewards, and product releases at any time.

If you submit names, text, designs, feedback, ideas, photos, messages, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide such content.
