Guru Kids Pro and GKDL may sell physical products, customised items, digital products, learning resources, class-related purchases, and programme bookings.

Shipping, delivery, or collection options may vary depending on the product purchased.

  1. Self-Collection

Some products may be available for self-collection from:

If self-collection is selected or required, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Please collect your order within the stated collection period. If you are unable to collect your order on time, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Where local delivery is available, delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact number, and order details are accurate before submitting the order.

We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or incorrect deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete contact details

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Delivery restrictions

  • Customer not responding to delivery attempts

  • External courier delays

  • 3D printed or made-to-order items: 5–14 business days, depending on complexity

  • Digital products: delivered by download, email, or online access where applicable

  • Class or programme purchases: confirmation will be handled by our team

Processing times may vary during peak periods, school holidays, festive seasons, public holidays, product launches, or high order volume.

  1. Customised and Made-to-Order Items

Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products require additional preparation time.

This may include:

  • Custom names

  • Custom colours

  • 3D printing

  • Product assembly

  • Design preparation

  • Quality checks

Production will only begin after payment and order details are confirmed.

Once production has started, customised products cannot be cancelled unless approved by us.

  1. Digital Products

Digital products do not require shipping.

Digital products may be delivered through:

  • Download link

  • Email

  • Online access

  • Other digital delivery methods

If you do not receive access to your digital product, please contact us at admin@gurukidspro.com.

  1. Classes, Programmes and Trial Bookings

Class purchases, programme bookings, trial class bookings, workshops, holiday programmes, or learning sessions do not require shipping.

Our team will contact you directly to confirm class details, schedule, availability, and any required arrangements.

  1. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Shipping fees may vary depending on:

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error caused by us.
