Thank you for shopping with Guru Kids Pro and GKDL.

This policy applies to purchases made through our website, including physical products, customised products, digital items, and programme-related purchases. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

  1. General Return Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, duplicate orders, or failure to read the product description before purchase.

However, if you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

To request help with an order, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Your name and contact number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the item and packaging, if applicable

  1. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Repair or correction of the item

  • Exchange for another item

  • Store credit

  • Refund, where appropriate

We may request photos, videos, or the return of the item before approving a replacement or refund.

  1. Customised and Personalised Products

Customised or personalised items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom names

  • Custom colours

  • Personalised tags

  • 3D printed custom products

  • Made-to-order GKDL items

Please check all spelling, names, colours, sizes, and product options carefully before submitting your order.

If a customised item is defective or if we made an error in the customisation, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable correction or replacement where appropriate.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, wrong names, wrong colours, or incorrect product choices.

  1. Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once they have been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or emailed to the customer.

This may include:

  • Digital worksheets

  • Downloadable resources

  • Online learning materials

  • Digital activity files

  • Any other digital content

If you experience an access or download issue, please contact us and we will assist you.

  1. Classes, Programmes and Holiday Programmes

Payments made for classes, programmes, workshops, camps, holiday programmes, trial-related upgrades, or other learning sessions are generally non-refundable.

If your child is unable to attend a confirmed session, please contact us as early as possible. Transfers, make-up arrangements, or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability, programme type, and our internal scheduling policies.

Missed lessons, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused sessions are not automatically refundable.

  1. Sale Items and Promotional Items

Sale items, promotional items, discounted items, and bundled items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

  1. Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with any original packaging where applicable.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the item:

  • Has been used

  • Has been damaged after delivery

  • Is missing parts or packaging

  • Is returned without prior approval

  • Is a customised or personalised item without a valid defect claim

  1. Return Shipping or Delivery Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping or delivery costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item caused by us.

If we approve a return due to our error, we will advise you on the return or exchange arrangement.

  1. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed. The actual time taken may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, prepared, printed, customised, downloaded, or fulfilled.

For customised or made-to-order items, cancellations are not accepted once production has started.

  1. Collection Orders

For self-collection orders, please check your item upon collection where possible. If there is an issue, please inform us as soon as possible.

Items not collected within the stated collection period may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made.
