Complimentary Trial Class & August Sign-Up Fee Waiver

1.1 Eligibility for the Complimentary Trial

The complimentary trial class is available to new students who have not previously enrolled in a Guru Kids Pro programme.

Siblings and friends of existing students may participate provided they are new to Guru Kids Pro.
Former students and currently enrolled students are not eligible for the complimentary trial class unless otherwise approved by Guru Kids Pro.
Each eligible student is generally entitled to one complimentary trial class only.

1.2 Trial Class Availability

Trial classes may be offered for selected English, Mathematics, Composition Writing, High Ability Programme and Secondary Mathematics classes.

Trial bookings are subject to programme suitability, class capacity, teacher availability and scheduling.
Guru Kids Pro may recommend a different class, level or programme after assessing the student’s age, readiness and learning needs.
Participation in a trial class does not guarantee a place in the trialled class or programme.

1.3 Post-Lesson Consultation

Where appropriate, Guru Kids Pro will provide observations and programme recommendations after the trial class.

Recommendations are intended to guide placement and do not guarantee admission into a particular class.

1.4 No Sign-Up Fee from 1 August to 31 August

Eligible new students who complete their enrolment from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, inclusive, will have the usual one-time sign-up fee waived.

Enrolment must be confirmed and the required programme payment must be received within the promotional period.
The waiver applies only to the usual sign-up or registration fee.
Programme fees, lesson fees, materials, books and any other applicable charges remain payable.
The fee waiver is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a refund.
The fee waiver cannot be applied retrospectively to enrolments confirmed before 1 August 2026 or after 31 August 2026.

1.5 Programme Applicability

This promotion applies only to eligible Guru Kids Pro academic programmes.

It does not apply to GKDL programmes, workshops, one-off events, retail products or other services unless otherwise stated.

Promotion 02

Sign Up with a Friend Promotion

2.1 Eligibility

The Sign Up with a Friend promotion applies when two eligible new students enrol together under the promotion.

Both students must be new to Guru Kids Pro.
Neither student may have previously enrolled in a Guru Kids Pro programme.
The two students must identify each other as participating friends at or before enrolment is confirmed.
Both students must successfully enrol in an eligible recurring academic programme.

2.2 Promotional Benefit

Each eligible student will receive 50% off their first month of programme fees.

The discount applies separately to each student’s eligible programme.
The discount is based on the regular programme fee applicable to each student.
The students may enrol in different eligible programmes or levels, subject to class suitability and availability.
The discount does not apply to sign-up fees, books, materials, workshops, retail products or other additional charges unless otherwise stated.

2.3 First-Month Application

The discount will be applied to the student’s first eligible billing period after enrolment.

One month ordinarily refers to four scheduled lessons.
Where the first billing period contains five lessons, the discount applies to the first four lessons unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Any additional lesson in the same billing period will be charged at the usual applicable rate.

2.4 Enrolment Requirements

Both students must complete the required enrolment process and make the applicable payment by the stated deadline.

If either student withdraws, cancels or does not complete enrolment before the promotion is applied, Guru Kids Pro may withdraw the promotional benefit for one or both students.

2.5 Non-Transferability

The discount is non-transferable.
It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a refund.
It cannot be transferred to another student, sibling, programme, account or future billing period.

Promotion 03

Referral Programme

3.1 Eligibility

The Referral Programme applies when an existing Guru Kids Pro student or family successfully refers a new student who has not previously enrolled in any Guru Kids Pro programme.

The referring family must be identified at or before the new student’s enrolment is confirmed.
Referrals submitted after enrolment may not be recognised retrospectively.
The referred student must enrol in an eligible recurring academic programme.

3.2 Referral Reward

After the referred student successfully enrols and completes a minimum of one month of lessons, the referring family will receive 50% off one month of programme fees.

One month ordinarily refers to four scheduled lessons.
Where a billing cycle contains five lessons, the discount applies only to the first four lessons.
The fifth lesson, where applicable, will be charged at the usual rate.

3.3 Billing Application

The referral reward will be applied to the referring student’s next eligible billing cycle after the referred student completes the minimum one-month enrolment requirement.

The referred student must remain enrolled and all required payments must be received before the reward is issued.

3.4 Multiple Referrals

Referral rewards cannot be stacked within the same billing month.
A maximum of one referral reward may be applied per billing month.
Additional approved rewards may be carried forward to later eligible billing periods at Guru Kids Pro’s discretion.

3.5 Lower-Fee Course Application

Where the referring student is enrolled in more than one programme, the referral discount will apply to the programme with the lower monthly fee.

3.6 Non-Transferability

Referral rewards are non-transferable.
They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a refund.
They cannot be transferred between students, siblings, programmes or accounts.

Applicable to All Offers

4. General Terms

4.1 Combining Promotions

Promotional benefits, discounts, credits and fee waivers cannot be combined unless Guru Kids Pro expressly confirms otherwise.

Where a student appears to qualify for more than one promotion, Guru Kids Pro will confirm which benefit or combination of benefits applies before enrolment.

4.2 Existing Discounts and Special Arrangements

These promotions may not be used together with existing discounted rates, customised fee arrangements, staff benefits, partner offers or other promotional packages unless otherwise approved.

4.3 Class and Programme Availability

All trial classes, enrolments and promotional benefits remain subject to:

Class capacity and availability;
Programme and level suitability;
Teacher assessment where required;
Completion of the enrolment process; and
Receipt of all required payments.

4.4 Withdrawals, Cancellations and Refunds

Where a student withdraws, cancels or becomes ineligible before fulfilling the applicable promotional requirements, Guru Kids Pro may withdraw, reverse or recalculate the promotional benefit.

Promotional benefits are not refundable and have no cash value.

4.5 Right of Amendment

Guru Kids Pro reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, reject or withdraw any promotion, offer or related term at its discretion.

Where reasonably practicable, changes affecting an enrolment that has already been confirmed will be communicated directly to the affected family.

4.6 Final Decision

Decisions made by Guru Kids Pro regarding eligibility, enrolment status, billing, referrals, promotion application and rewards shall be final.

4.7 Fraudulent or Improper Use

Guru Kids Pro may reject or revoke a promotional benefit where:

False, incomplete or inaccurate information is provided;
Duplicate or conflicting referrals are identified;
Students are incorrectly represented as new students;
Promotion requirements have not been fulfilled; or
The offer is deemed to have been misused.

4.8 Acceptance of Terms

Participation in any promotion or acceptance of any promotional benefit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
